We are seeking a creative and talented 3D Artist to join our team, whether in our in-house office in the vibrant city of Valencia, Spain, or fully remote for the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) with at least 2 years of professional or personal project experience.
2. Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, and UV mapping for games.
3. Experience in creating both high-poly and low-poly models optimized for real-time rendering.
4. Strong art foundations, preferably with fine arts studies, with a portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work.
5. Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and their asset pipelines.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce, Plastic SCM).
7. Good understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment.

Desired Requirements

1. Knowledge of PBR workflows for texturing (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
2. Experience in creating characters, environments, and props for games.
3. Basic understanding of rigging and skinning characters for animation.
4. Familiarity with ZBrush or other sculpting tools.
5. Experience with animation and/or creating assets for motion capture.
6. Knowledge of VFX and particle systems.
7. Experience with console and PC development.
8. Familiarity with agile development processes (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
